If U wanna is is a track of the first album of the band Kara. Their first album featuring Kim Sung Hee as the lead is a very good hip and R&B track. It starts out with a quick rap in english, "K.A.R.A Do you wanna love, yea I know you wanna love, holla baby boo!" Then it jumps into Korena for the majority of the lyrics and the chorus. The only other English part is when Nicole Jung raps. The rap makes for a good musical bridge to end the song with Kim bringing it home with a powerful octave at the end.
The music video for If U wanna shows the pretty girls of Kara strolling through town, stopping at a cafe for a drink, and riding a train. The song is equally sung amongst the members, with Han Seung Yeon carrying the chorus, Nicole Jung rapping, and Gyu-ri and Kim Sung Hee sharing the lead, though Kim shows off of here vocal prowess at the end of the song. The video also features the band mates looking very natural, in contrast to there much glammed up look currently. Also a purple dinosaur mascot make an cameo during Nicole's rap section.
If U wanna is a one of the few R&B sounding tracks put out by Kara. The band is currently known and more famous for there Pretty Girl, Honey, and Wanna tracks (different from "If U Wanna"). The song is quite good, though most of it is in Korean. Definetly check it out.
